| You took care of the non-start (battery) immediately, and identified a ball-joint problem that could have been a safety hazard, then helped me look long-term at what else I'd need over the next few months. As always, service was prompt, reasonable, and professional. Actually, I've just sold this car to my son, so you'll be seeing it again this fall. | Absolutely the best in Kansas City!! Personnel very knowledgeable, honest, efficient, helpful, courteous, and fair, and I could add many more superlatives. I would not take our cars to anyone else. I found them about 6 years ago and would never go anywhere else. The personnel is still the same -- the best in their business. Besides their efficiency, they are nice people to do business with, I've sent many friends to them, and now they all feel as I do. |
